Recently, I had the opportunity to teach at Scottsdale’s Marketplace Bible Study. Using the curious story of the Prophet Elisha’s meeting with debt-laden widow (2 Kings 4:1-7), I shared six biblical principles to put into practice when you don’t know what to do:

1. Humble yourself
2. Lay claim to what you have
3. Listen for God and expect to hear from him
4. Obey the Spirit promptly
5. Don’t limit God
6. Live in the Spirit
